Hull Thickness Measurement and Hatch Cover Tightness Test

　　Our company’s hull thickness measurement service department was established in 2020 and has obtained the qualifications of hull construction and thickness measurement approved by ship survey agencies such as CCS, LR, DNV, ABS, BV, RINA and NK. At present, our company employs a group of experienced hull thickness measurement engineers to provide quality services for the shipowners.

　　1. Hull thickness measurement and inspection of all types of ships (including intermediate survey, special survey, and temporary repair, etc.)

　　2. Accounting the amount of plate replacement during dock repair for the shipowners (conducting assessment in advance at the dock)

　　3. Providing dock repair services for shipowner’s all steel structure tubes including hull thickness measurement (including fixing works, sketch preparation, supervision of installation process and supervision at the end of the installation in shipyard)

　　4. Hatch cover ultrasonic tightness test by using the advanced ultrasonic test instruments to test the hatch cover/cabin and provide report. At the same time, we also provide technical consulting services for hatch cover tightness.
