Rope Access Services
Our company obtained the high altitude survey certificate in 2022 and has successfully carried out professional high altitude rope-related services which mainly include: rope thickness measurement instead of close-up survey in hull thickness measurement, wind power, chemical engineering, (land and ocean) engineering and equipment-related inspection and maintenance, high-altitude rescue, stage construction, outer wall spider-man cleaning services. At present, we boasts the largest number and highest quality of multi-skilled talent with international industrial high rope technical qualifications, and perfect international industrial high rope technical operation equipment. We are fully capable of meeting the needs of customers in various emergency situations for facility inspection, evaluation and maintenance, and greatly improving the customer’s emergency response speed, reducing their costs and ensuring the safe operation of facilities.
Fields and Projects:
1. Rope thickness measurement instead of close-up survey in hull thickness measurement: oil hold and bulk cargo (at port) thickness measurement other than conventional measurement. We currently use the IRATA-trained professional rope CLIMBER instead of scaffolding and high-altitude operation cars for close measurement of ships and mobile and fixed offshore platforms.
2. Wind power, chemical, marine engineering, ship and related structure inspection and maintenance: The RATA international industrial high rope technology was initially applied in the North Sea offshore oil inspection and engineering projects. Now this technology has been widely used in most countries in the world due to its convenience, efficiency and high safety. It can be combined with non-destructive testing and visual inspection for: 1) installation, inspection and maintenance of offshore oil facilities; 2) installation, inspection and maintenance of land-based power plants and petrochemical equipment; 3) inspection and maintenance of ships and shipping equipment, and installation, inspection and maintenance of wind energy equipment.
3. High-altitude rescue: High-altitude rope rescue is a technology which using the rope to transfer the injured or trapped people from a dangerous or hazardous high-altitude environment to a relatively safe location. Through the rope system erected, we can rope down or lift the injured or trapped people during the rescue. Rope rescue involves risk assessment, rescue planning, more advanced rope system erection, personal rope operation techniques and close rescue techniques.
4. Stage erection and inspection of amusement facilities: the construction, disassembly and assembly of square stages, as well as the daily maintenance and repair of amusement facilities, etc.
5. Outer wall spiderman cleaning services: glass curtain wall installation, cleaning, exterior lighting, and steel structure operations.
6. Personnel daily training
